If you pay online, your booking is confirmed instantly and you will receive a confirmation email. If you choose offline payment, your booking will first show as Pending and will be confirmed once payment is received.
Each room type has a limited number of units. When all units are booked for your selected dates, the system will show Not Available and you cannot book that room.
Yes. If you select an offline payment method, your booking will be marked as Pending. We will contact you to confirm once payment is received.
Yes. You will always receive an email about your booking. Online payments generate instant confirmation. Offline payments are confirmed after verification.
Yes. Contact our reception team to request a cancellation or modification. Cancellation and change policies may apply depending on your chosen rate.
Pending means we have received your booking request but payment or manual confirmation is still required. Once confirmed, your status will change to Confirmed.
You can book as many rooms as are available for your dates. If the system shows Not Available, all units of that room type are taken.
