Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to bookings made via this website, our call center, or directly at the hotel. Read before you pay.

Short summary: Free cancellation only when your confirmation shows "Free cancellation" and is within the stated window. Non-refundable rates receive no refund. Refunds issued to original payment method and typically take 7–30 business days.

1. Reservation types

We publish the cancellation rules at the time of booking.

  • Prepaid / Non-Refundable: No refund. Discounted rate in exchange for no flexibility.

2. Cancellation windows & fees

Free cancellation applies only if your confirmation shows it and you cancel within the stated deadline.

Typical examples for standard flexible rates:

  • Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before scheduled check-in.
  • Cancellations inside the free window may incur one night's charge or a percentage of the booking as shown at confirmation.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation may result in full-stay charge depending on rate selected.

3. Refund method & processing time

Refunds are normally processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–30 business days, depending on banks and payment processors.
  • Third-party payments or international transfers may take longer.
  • Service fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be non-refundable where required by law.

4. Modifications and rebooking

Date or guest-name changes are permitted only where the rate and channel allow. Modifications may require a rate adjustment or a change fee. Advance-purchase/promotional rates are usually non-changeable.

5. Group bookings & long stays

Group reservations and long-stay contracts follow separate terms outlined in the group agreement. Cancellation charges for groups are typically higher and defined in the contract.

6. Force majeure & travel restrictions

If bookings cannot be honored due to government travel restrictions, natural disaster, or similar extraordinary events we will follow applicable law and our force majeure procedures. Options may include rebooking, credit or refund depending on circumstances and booking channel.

7. Non-refundables & exceptions

Some items are non-refundable. These may include:

  • Third-party service fees.
  • Prepaid packages, vouchers, or partner services subject to separate rules.

8. How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel via the same channel you used to book where possible. If you need help contact Reservations with your booking ID, guest name and reason for cancellation.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us resolution may be delayed. We will supply booking records to support valid refunds or to dispute chargebacks when appropriate.
