Hotel Maiden Residency
1. Scope
These Terms govern bookings, stays and purchases of services at Hotel Maiden Residency whether made via this website, phone, third-party channel or directly at the property. By making a booking you accept these Terms.
2. Bookings, rates & payment
- Rates displayed are in INR and exclude applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. Full or partial prepayment may be required for certain rates.
- All bookings are subject to availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Cancellation, no-show & refunds
Cancellation rules for each booking are shown at the time of reservation and on the confirmation. Non-refundable rates are final. Refunds, when due, will be issued to the original payment method and processed within the timeframe disclosed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Check-in / Check-out
- Standard check-in time: After 12: 00 PM . Standard check-out time: Before 11: 30 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Guests must present valid photo ID at check-in. We may record ID details where required by law.
5. Guest obligations
- Guests must comply with hotel rules and local laws. Illegal activity is prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for personal property. Secure storage is available on request but subject to separate terms.
- Guests are liable for loss or damage caused by them or their visitors. The hotel may charge the guest's payment method for such costs after providing notice.
6. Occupancy and extra persons
Room rates are based on stated occupancy. Additional persons may attract extra charges. Children policies are shown at booking.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed only where the booking expressly permits. Additional fees and rules may apply.
8. Special requests & third-party bookings
Special requests (room location, bedding, dietary) are requests only and not guaranteed. Bookings via third-party channels are subject to the channel's terms. The hotel is not responsible for errors introduced by third-party sites, but will assist where possible.
9. Health, safety & force majeure
The hotel may refuse service or evict guests for safety, health or legal reasons. In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the hotel's control (force majeure) the hotel may cancel or modify bookings without liability beyond offering rebooking or refund per applicable policy.
10. Liability & limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hotel's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking or stay is limited to direct damages up to the total amount paid for the booking. The hotel is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses.
11. Data, privacy & communications
We process personal data to perform the booking and provide services. See our Privacy Policy for details. By providing contact details you consent to transactional communications. Marketing communications require separate consent where required by law.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned or licensed by the hotel. You may not reproduce, adapt or use site content without prior written permission.
13. Payment disputes & chargebacks
Disputes should be raised with the hotel first. Unexplained chargebacks may be contested and may result in cancellation of future bookings. The hotel will cooperate with payment processors and banks to resolve disputes.

15. Amendments
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad unless otherwise agreed in writing.
